Postage & Delivery Information
All NuBra orders are processed and posted within 2 working days.
This site uses Australia Post for all parcels containing up to 3 NuBras and may use a courier for larger orders.
Customers will be advised if a courier is more suitable.
We strongly recommend that our customers use Express Post as their delivery option since these parcels can be trackedshould they for any reason fail to turn up .
Express Post Orders:-
- They are posted either the same day or the following day
- They will be overnight (if you are in the Express Post zones)
- You will receive a tracking code once the parcel has been posted
- WA is usually 2 days for Express Post items but this is not guaranteed
- If your order is urgent please write a note at the checkout that you require your NuBra to be Express posted that same day and we will try to ensure that this happens.
If your Express Post parcel does not turn up please call Australia Post on 13 13 18.
Alternatively, log on to www.australiapost.com.au/track and enter the tracking code to find out its whereabouts.
Your parcel will be taken to your local post office should nobody be at home to receive it.
In this situation we recommend having your parcel delivered to you at work for your convenience.
Regular Australia Post Orders:-
- Delivery time will usually be between 1-7 business days depending on the destination
- The delivery time estimated by the Australia Post system on our website system is a guide only and should not be taken as a definite date of delivery.
- By requesting regular postage, you, the customer agrees that NuBra.com.au will not be responsible for any parcels sent out using this method because it is not traceable.
- By accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole responsibility for the package.
- NuBra.com.au will not offer a refund or compensation in situations of non-delivery. In this case please take this up with Australia Post by lodging a missing item report.
Please let us know if you require a receipt of purchase sent to you via e-mail when you order your goods. If you require a hard copy this is not a problem, but we do prefer to send via e-mail in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

Due to personal hygiene concerns all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of product.

NuBra.com.au shall not be liable for any damages, incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use of its product in a manner contrary to the Instructions for application and use as set forth within this site.
By wearing this product you are hereby releasing NuBra.com.au of any legal liability resulting from such use.
Liability for this product by NuBra.com.au is limited exclusively to the replacement cost of our product.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WOMEN WITH SENSITIVE SKIN.
DO NOT use on open cuts, skin disorders, sun damaged or sun burned skin.
DO NOT wear if you have skin de-pigmentation problems, or have a family history of skin de-pigmentation.
We suggest that you do not wear NuBra for more than six hours at a time.
All skin types are different.
Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear.
If irritation continues, please consult your doctor.
